Place paper on the table, pick something to draw, and draw without looking down at the page at any point. The resulting pictures are hilarious, strange, and completely unrepeatable. The one rule. No looking. Removes all pressure from the outcome.
What you need

How to do it
- 1Everyone places a sheet of paper flat on the table with a pen ready.
- 2Each person picks what to draw: a cat, their own face, a bicycle, a house.
- 3Pen on paper. Look up and away. Do not look at the page while drawing. The rule is absolute.
- 4Everyone reveals at the same time. The laughter is the activity.
Variations
- Korb-Tür: If they refuse to draw blind, draw your own first so they see how ridiculous it looks — your laugh gives permission.
- Ausstieg: Reveal all drawings at once and laugh together, then ask each person to name their creation before moving on.
💡 Parent tip
Draw one yourself first. Your bad drawing gives permission for imperfection more effectively than any words. If you laugh at your own drawing, they'll laugh freely at theirs.
